This year Chanukah is going to be a little different. No Chanukah parties with extended family or community members, public in-person events are not happening either.

There is something you can do that will make a real difference and bring much cheer to people of all ages: take part in the Car Menorah Parade!

The thrill that a parade of car menorahs, navigating the streets of Aspen Hill and Flower Valley, will bring to so many is truly awesome. All you need is your car, we'll take care of the rest.

We currently have ten cars participating. Of course, the more the merrier!

The car menorot were built by Rabbi Zalman Minkowitz of Chabad of Chevy Chase, and he is kindly passing on his bare minimum cost-price of $35 (Menoraht typically cost $200+). The Menoraht are magnetic and attach easily to the top of the car. Not everyone is in a position to purchase the car menorah. Please consider being a co-sponsor of this program so we can light up the streets of Aspen Hill as bright as possible!
